Azotlu Gübre Formları ve Uygulama Zamanlarının Patatesin Verimi ile Yumru Büyüklüğü Üzerine Etkisi

Bu çalışma; patatesin toplam ve farklı ebatlardaki yumru verimleri üzerine azotlu gübre formlarının, uygulama zamanı ve miktarlarının etkisini belirlemek amacıyla 2000-2001 yıllarında Erzurum’da yapılmıştır. Denemede faktör olarak amonyum sülfat, amonyum nitrat ve üre ele alınmış, bu gübre formları dikim öncesi, birinci çapa ve boğaz doldurma dönemleri olmak üzere üç farklı gelişme döneminde tek seferde veya bölünerek farklı miktarlarda uygulanmıştır. Üç azot formunun ve 11 uygulama zamanının yer aldığı bu deneme “Şansa Bağlı Tam Bloklar Deneme Deseninde Bölünmüş Parseller” düzenlemesine göre, 3 tekrarlamalı olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada, dekara büyük (çapı 5.0 cm’den büyük), orta (çapı 3.5-5.0 cm), küçük (çapı 3.5 cm’den küçük) ve toplam yumru verimleri incelenmiştir. Azotlu gübrelerin uygulama zamanı ve miktarlarının dekara orta yumru verimi hariç; büyük, küçük ve toplam yumru verimini önemli ölçüde etkilediği, azotlu gübre formlarının ise dekara büyük yumru verimi dışında hiçbir karakter üzerinde etkili olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, incelenen özellikler de dikkate alındığında, daha fazla yumru verim alabilmek ve işgücü ile zaman kaybını da en aza indirmek için, gübrenin tamamının tek seferde ve dikim öncesinde amonyum sülfat formunda verilmesi gerektiği ortaya konmuştur

Nitrogen Fertilizer Forms and Application Time Effects on Potato Production and Yumber Size

Abstract:

This study was conducted in Erzurum in 2000-2001 with the aim of determining the impact of nitrogen fertilizer forms, time and quantities on the total and different sizes of potatoes. As the experimental factor, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate and urine were treated, these fertilizer forms were applied in different amounts in three different development periods, including pre-plant, first-dimensional and throat filling periods. This trial, which includes three nitrogen forms and 11 time of application, was established 3 repeatedly, according to the arrangement of "Distributed Parsels in the Chance-Based Complete Blocks Test Design". In the study, large (diameter greater than 5.0 cm), medium (diameter 3.5-5.0 cm), small (diameter smaller than 3.5 cm) and total shell outcomes were studied. The time of application and quantities of nitrogen fertilizers have been determined to have a significant impact on large, small and total fertilizers, except for the average fertilizer, and the forms of nitrogen fertilizers have no effect on any character except for the large fertilizer. As a result, considering the characteristics also, it has been found that in order to get more pottery productivity and to minimize the workforce and time waste, the whole grain should be given in the form of ammonium sulfate once and before planting.
