SARS-CoV-2 or "invisible killer" not only changed our lives, but also changed our daily practices and our approach to anesthesia. We started wearing protective equipment and clothes, including prey, clothes and 2-3 double gloves. Our faces began to work covered with different types of clouded masks and glasses. As a result, we are hard to move and work in a way with a limited vision ability. Our communication with patients is limited; they can only hear our voices because they can’t see our face expressions, their smile or our concerns. We are more like robots than showing them more proximity, love or concern. We are strangers to our infected patients. When considering the type of anesthesia for pregnant COVID-19 positive patients, three factors we rank according to their importance are taken into account: to be the safest method for us, to be easy to apply, to take into account the difficult and limited movement and vision ability and the patient’s desires. Are the priorities changed?
