Abstract:

Bronkopulmonary cysts, one of the common bronkopulmonary malformations, are benign lesions that develop as a result of abnormal scratching in the embryonic period. They are often settled in the mediasten around the trakea, the main bronch or ozofagus. However, 15-20% can be found in the lungs parankemia and largely in the lower lobes. As they may be asymptomatic, they can be detected in childhood by pressing their respiratory tract or by repeated infections. Bronco-genic cysts are observed in the routine lungs graphs that are drawn accidentally, in the form of homogeneous dancers, close to the main airways, properly limited, non-calcium, oval or circular. The treatment is surgical. In this article, a phenomenon presented in Toraks BT, which is due to recurring lungs infection and chronic cough at the age of 15, with an atypical radiological appearance in the form of lungs in the upper lob in the left lungs, the bronchoscopy of the upper lob linguler segment brons in the diameter increased, the pathology that was detected directly opened to the lungs and the surgical application was as a bronco-genic cyst.
