Castleman hastalığı (CH) veya anjiyofoliküler lenf nodu hiperplazisi lenf nodu hiperplazisine neden olan, nadir, benign, etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalık, hekimlerin çoğu için teşhis ve tedavi yönünden bir ikileme neden olmaktadır. Hastalığın kesin tanısı için doku biyopsisi gereklidir. CH, submandibular bezi nadiren tutar. Boyun bölgesinde yerleşen solid formlarının tedavisi cerrahi eksizyondur. Bu makalede, 42 yaşında bir kadın hastada submandibular bez yerleşimli CH olgusu literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur. Castleman's disease (CH) or angiopholic lymph nod hyperplasia is a rare, benign, unknown disease that causes lymph nod hyperplasia. This disease causes a twist in the direction of diagnosis and treatment for most doctors. Biopsy of the tissue is necessary for the exact diagnosis of the disease. CH rarely holds the submandibular gland. The treatment of solid forms located in the neck area is a surgical excision. In this article, a 42-year-old woman was presented by reviewing the literature of the CH phenomenon in the submandibular gland.
