ABD çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm üretimi 20. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğinde oldukça hızlı gelişim göstermiştir. Türkiye’de ise üretim savaş yıllarının etkisiyle gerilemiş olup ABD’nin bu yıllarda ulaştığı üretim rakamlarına ancak 20. yüzyılın sonunda ulaşılmıştır. Geçtiğimiz yüzyılda Dünya üretiminde lider olan ABD’de üretim alanları 21. yüzyılda azalma eğilimine girmiş, Türkiye’nin üretim miktarında ise artış devam etmiştir. Son 10 yılda Türkiye kuru üzüm ihracat miktarındaki artışın büyük oranda ABD’nin ihracat piyasasında oluşturduğu boşluktan kaynaklandığı ve gidişatın bu durumun devamlılığına göre şekilleneceği değerlendirilmektedir.
The U.S. non-core dry wheat production showed a fairly rapid growth in the first quarter of the 20th century. In Turkey, production has declined due to the influence of the years of war and the figures of production that the United States has reached in these years have only been achieved at the end of the 20th century. In the past century, the world’s leading production in the U.S. production areas have tended to decline in the 21st century, while the amount of production in Turkey has continued to increase. In the last 10 years, the increase in the amount of exports of Turkish raw wheat is estimated to be largely due to the gap that the U.S. creates in the export market and the progress will be shaped according to the continuity of this situation.
