So many results that aren't mine?

Açık Apendektomi Sonrası Nadir Bir Komplikasyon Güdük Apendisit: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract:

Akut apandisit, cerrahi akut karın nedenleri sıralandığında listenin en üst sıralarında yer almaktadır. Apendektomi, dünyada en yaygın uygulanan cerrahi prosedürdür. Güdük apandisit apendektomi sonrası nadir görülen komplikasyonlardan birisidir. İlk defa 1945 yılında Dr. Rose tarafından tanımlanmıştır. İnkomplet olarak yapılan apendektomi sonrası remnant apendiksin enflamasyonu ile karakterize bir tablodur. Kliniği diğer akut karın nedenlerine benzerdir. Tanıda anamnez ve fizik muayenenin yanında abdominal tomografi önemli yer tutmaktadır. Akut karın tablosu ile acil servise başvuran ve geçmişinde apendektomi öyküsü olan hastalarda mevcut ağrının özellikle sağ alt kadranda olması güdük apandisitin ayırıcı tanıda mutlaka akılda tutulmasını gerektirmektedir.
