Popliteal arter anevrizması nadir bir hastalıktır, ancak periferal arter anevrizmalarının %70' ini oluşturur. Popliteal arter anevrizmasının tanısı asemptomatik ve sinsi klinik seyir nedeniyle basit değildir. Bundan dolayı bacak dolaşımının sessiz katili olarak tanımlanır. En sık ve ciddi komplikasyon distal emboli ya da anevrizmanın trombozuna sekonder akut bacak iskemisidir. Genelde, cerrahi sonuçlar acil cerrahi gerektiren hastalarda elektif cerrahiye giden hastalara göre daha kötüdür. Bu olgu sunumunda, popliteal arter anevrizmasının bir sonucu olarak akut ekstremite iskemisi ile başvuran ve acil safen ven greft bypass uygulanan bir olgu sunuyoruz.
Popliteal arterial aneurysm is a rare disease, but it accounts for 70% of peripheral arterial aneurysms. The diagnosis of popliteal arterial aneurysm is not simple due to asymptomatic and sincere clinical pathways. This is why it is described as the quiet killer of the leg circulation. The most common and serious complication is distal embolism or secondary acute bacterial ischemia to the thrombosis of aneurysm. Usually, the surgical outcomes are worse in patients who need an emergency surgery than in patients who go to elective surgery. In the presentation of this phenomenon, we present a phenomenon applied with acute end ischemic as a result of popliteal arterial anevrism and applied an urgent safen venous greft bypass.
