Technological developments in recent years and increase in human population have lead to the use of harmful chemicals in the production of agricultural products and foods. These chemicals used for industrial agriculture have a negative impact on human health and nature. More attention has been given to the production of organic products that do not harm human health and ecosystem worldwide. For this reason, it has been tried to explain the concept of organic (ecological) product and marketing which is focused on human and environment. As in many other fields, performance measurement is very important for the companies operating in the field of organic product production in order to ensure the continuity of their company and to improve their production and marketing strategies. Therefore in this study, it has been aimed to measure the efficiency of organic tea production of the company for 10 years between 2009-2018 using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). As a result of the efficiency analysis, the years in which the company was efficient and inefficient in organic tea production have been determined. In the study, the efficiency of the organic tea factories were also compared.
