This study includes the evaluation of the social services provided to Syrians refugees in Istanbul, since March 2011 when the Syrian refugee crisis started. After the civil war, which affects millions of people's lives directly or indirectly, the problem of refugees and asylum seekers falls into the field of study of many professions. One of these Professional groups is social work. The asylum-seeker crisis is an important area of the social work profession. This study includes the evaluation of the problems experienced by the Syrians who are in the status of "temporary asylum seeker" in Turkey and their applications in terms of social work perspective. While the other regional applications are included in the scope of the study, the study focuses mostly in Istanbul.
