Abstract:

This research has been done to determine the milk productivity, the pot productivity and the characteristics of Tuj cows. The material of the research was created in 1997 for the production of milk with 22 heads of tuja sheep and in 1998 for the production of 66 heads of tuja sheep and 9 heads of coach and 79 heads of sheep. The overall average of milk output, milk fat ratio and lactation time were 75.24 ± 0.36 kg, 6.65 %±0.01 and 130.4+0.18 days, respectively. The year has significantly affected the breastfeeding time (P< 0.05). A significant positive correlation between milk production and breastfeeding time (0.55) and fat ratio (0.30) has been found. Capture output, fiber diameter, medulated fiber ratio, lule length, ondulation number overall average is 1.94±0.07 kg, 28.65±0.51 micron, 7.84±1.30% respectively. 11 49±0.30 cm and 2.93+0. 2 is determined. The influence of the gender on the output and the number of ondulations has been found significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). Among the characteristics examined were usually significant phenotypic correlations (P< 0.05. by P< 0.01. There were significant positive correlations between the yield and the length of the lule (0.34) and the number of ondulation (0.24), the fiber diameter and the fiber ratio (0.54) were found. In Turkey only in Kars and Ardahan is recommended that the Tuj cows grown in the provinces of Kars and Ardahan and the production of milk is not less than the Mor-karaman cows, because it is a genetic source if necessary, it is recommended that the selection and healing studies and the level of productivity are developed, including the protection of the race.
