Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to investigate whether the meaning of age, gender, social support and life in university students can be stressed by psychological stability. The research group consists of 436 university students. 142 of them (32.6 percent) are men and 294 (67.4 percent) are women. The age of the participants varies between 17-31 and the average age is 20.40. To collect data, the Personal Information Form, the Measure of Meaning of Life, the Measure of Perceived Social Support and the Measure of Psychological Sustainability were used. After the normalization presumptions were observed, the analysis was passed. A positive relationship between psychological stability and social support perceived by the family, social support perceived by the friend and the current meaning of life has been identified. It has been found that psychological stability is encompassed by gender, social support perceived by the family, social support perceived by the friend and the current meaning of life. The data received was discussed in the light of the summer.
