Abstract:

The work of a large number of unqualified workers in the construction work arises damage to the structure. In this regard, the qualification of workers is important in terms of construction safety. This can be achieved by professional training, by organizing periodic curriculum and mastery courses. The worker will have gained the technical characteristics of the work he does in his own branch and the ability to comply with the standards. In the courses, it should be aimed at providing standard information to the level it can understand according to the variety of work he works. Moreover, workers’ health and safety measures in the workshops, efficiency, the environmental factor in the workshops and the management of the workshops; the limitations of powers and responsibilities of the workers in the workplace and the study of the personal dimension in the under-up relationship should also be the main topics.
