Örgütsel Destek Algısı ve İşe Tutkunluk İlişkisi: Bankacılık Sektörü ile ilgili Bir Araştırma Örneği

Örgütsel destek algısının işe tutkunluk üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma Kahn’ın psikolojik koşullar teorisiyle yakından ilgilidir. Çalışanlardan beklenen performansı ön plana çıkarmak için önemli bir faktör olan örgütsel destek algısı işletmelerin devamlılığı açısından mühim bir unsurdur. İşletmeler çalışanlarına değer verdikçe dolayısıyla örgütsel destek algısı olgusu yayıldıkça işe tutkunluk da aynı doğrultuda artacaktır. Çalışanların düşüncelerine değer veren örgütsel destek algısı onların mutluluğunu da ön planda tutar. Araştırmanın evrenini Bandırma ilçesindeki 175 banka personeli oluşturmaktadır. 175 banka çalışanı arasından 110 çalışan ile bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplanan veriler bir paket program yardımıyla analize tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışmada örgütsel destek algısı ve işe tutkunluk ölçeklerinin güvenilirlik analizleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca korelasyon analizleri ve regresyon analizleri de çalışma kapsamında ölçülmüştür. Yapılan analizlerin neticesi olarak örgütsel destek algısının işe tutkunluk üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak örgütlerin çalışanlarına değer verdikçe işe tutkunluk seviyelerinde artış olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda sonuçlar yorumlanıp, tartışılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study, aimed at determining the impact of the perception of organizational support on job passion, is closely related to Kahn's theory of psychological conditions. Organizational support perception, which is an important factor in bringing the expected performance from employees to the forefront, is an important element in terms of continuity of. As value their employees, so as the organizational support perception phenomenon spreads, the passion for work will also increase in the same direction. The perception of organizational support that values the thoughts of employees keeps their happiness in the forefront. The universe of the research consists of 175 bank staff in the Bandırma district. A survey was conducted with 110 employees from 175 bank employees. The data collected was analyzed with the help of a package program. In the study, the organizational support perception and the scale of employment passion reliability analysis were determined. Correlation analysis and regression analysis have also been measured in the study. As a result of the analyses made, the perception of organizational support has a meaningful and positive impact on job passion. As a result, the organizations are expected to increase the level of passion for work as they value their employees. At the end of the study, the results were explained and discussed.

As businesses value their employees, therefore, as the perception of organizational support spreads, passion for work will increase in the same direction. The perception of organizational support, which values the thoughts of employees, also puts their happiness at the forefront. The population of the research consists of 175 bank personnel in Bandırma district. A survey was conducted with 110 employees out of 175 bank employees. The collected data were analyzed with the help of a package program. In the study, reliability analyses of organizational support perception and work engagement scales were determined. In addition, correlation analyses and regression analyses were also measured in the scope of the study. As a result of the analyses, it was concluded that the perception of organizational support had a significant and positive effect on passion for work. The results are interpreted and discussed at the end of the study.
