Hz Ali’nin liderlik anlayışı, günümüz idarecilerine örnek olacak niteliktedir. Yöneticilere ışık tutan sözleri ve örnek davranışlarıyla o hem bir söz ustası hem de gerçek bir yol göstericidir. Devleti idare edenlere inci değerinde sözler sarf etmiştir. Diğer yandan söylediklerini davranışlarında göstererek özde bir liderlik anlayışı sergilemiştir. Bu çalışmada, Hz. Ali’nin liderlik anlayışının okul yönetimine uygulanabilirliği tartılmıştır. Okul müdürlerinin sergilemeleri gereken liderlik davranışlarının bir sentezi yapılmıştır. Araştırma bu açıdan bakıldığında, kuramsal bir çalışmadır. Okul yönetimi alışılagelmiş liderlik yaklaşımlarının yerine farklı bir liderlik yaklaşımı açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Hz. Ali’nin liderlik anlayışının okul yönetimine uygulanabilir olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, okul müdürleri birden farklı liderlik davranışları sergilemelidirler: Öğretimsel, etik, politik, toplumsal, vizyoner, dönüşümcü ve hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları gibi. Bu liderlik anlayışındaki okul müdürleri, ayrımcılık yapmamalı, yardımcılarını doğru seçmeli, denetimlerinde adaleti gözetmeli, insanları sevmeli, farklılıklara karşı hoşgörülü olmalı, okulda arkadaşlarıyla iyi geçinmeli, haksızlık yapmamalı, sözünde durmalı, arkadaşlarına yüksekten bakmamalı ve öfkeliyken karar vermemelidir.

Ali's understanding of leadership has been discussed to be applied to the school management. A synthesis of the leadership behaviors that school managers need to show. From this point of view, research is a theoretical study. School management is evaluated from a different leadership approach to the place of usual leadership approaches. with this work. It is understood that Ali's understanding of leadership can be applied to school management. As a result, school managers should show different leadership behaviors from one to another: such as teaching, ethical, political, social, visionary, transformative and serving leadership behaviors. In this understanding of leadership, school managers should not discriminate, choose their assistants correctly, observe justice in their controls, love people, be tolerant to differences, be good at school with their friends, do not do unjust, stand in speech, do not look high at their friends and do not make decisions when they are angry.

In this work, it was understood that Ali's leadership approach applied to school management. As a result, school principals should exhibit multiple leadership behaviors: instructional, ethical, political, social, visionary, transformational and servant leadership behaviors. School principals in this sense of leadership should not discriminate, choose their deputies correctly, observe justice in their control, love people, be tolerant of differences, stay well with friends at school, not do injustice, stand in the word, not look high from friends and not be angry.
