So many results that aren't mine?

Afyon Bölgesi Kan Donörlerinde Viral Enfeksiyon Etkenlerinin Araştırılması

AMAÇ: Ülkemizde kan merkezlerinde HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV 1/2 ve VDRL (veya RPR) zorunlu donör tarama testleri olarak uygulanmaktadır. YÖNTEMLER: Toplumun sosyoekonomik çeşitliliğini temsil etmesi bakımından donör tarama test sonuçları o bölgedeki popülasyonun seroprevalans değerleri hakkında da bilgi verebilmektedir. BULGULAR: Bu çalışmada da Kocatepe Üniversitesi Uygulama Araştırma Hastanesi Kan Bankası donörlerinin Ekim 1999-Haziran 2000 tarihleri arasındaki test sonuçları ile Sağlık Bakanlığı Afyon Devlet Hastanesi Kan Merkezi donörlerinin Ocak 1999-Aralık 1999 dönemindeki tarama sonuçları retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. SONUÇ: ELISA yöntemi kullanılarak 5350 donörün 469’unda (%8.7) HBsAg, 278’inde (%5.2) ise anti-HCV pozitif olarak bulunmuştur. Konfirme edilmiş anti-HIV pozitif olguya rastlanmamıştır.
