This research is aimed at adapting the Organizational Change Direction Scale developed by Neiva, Ros and Paz (2005) to Turkey. On the original scale, the requirements such as translation, replication, language validity, pilot application were met and 315 teachers were applied after the final form was given to the Turkish form. The verifying factor analysis on the data was finally verified the structure of the original scale of 28 matters with 3 factors, the Turkish form was found to be compatible with the original scale in terms of structure. In the framework of reliability, the Cronbach α internal consistency ratio, divided into two halves and test for stability - re-test methods have been used. The value of Cronbach α for the whole measurement is 0.92, for the doubt factor 0.93, for the concern factor 0.89, for the acceptance factor 0. It is estimated at 87. The correlation value between the two halves of the measurement is calculated as 0.90, while the two halves of reliability is calculated as 0.94. Tested for stability - the results of the repeated test found a correlation of 0.71 between both measurements. In the analysis of the material, the total correlation of the material has been studied. Furthermore, 27% of sub- and upper groups tested the level of meaning between groups by performing independent groups t tests for each substance. As a result of these processes, it is understood that the Organizational Change Resistance Scale is a valid and reliable scale of the Turkish form.
This research aims to adapt the Attitude Scale for Organizational Change originally developed in English by Neiva, Ros and da Paz (2005) into Turkish. The necessary translation, reverse translation, language validity, pilot application on the original scale were fulfilled, it was applied to 315 teachers. At the end of the confirmatory factor analysis on the data, the original scale was was comprised of 28 items and three sub-dimensions and it was understood that the Turkish form was compatible with the original scale and structure. Under reliability, Cronbach α used internal cohesion coefficient, two halves splitting and testing for stability - re-testing methods. Cronbach α for the full scale was calculated as 0.92; 0.93 for the skeptic factor, 0.89 for the concern factor and 0.87 for the acceptance factor. Correlation between both halves of the scale was calculated as 0.90 and the two semi-reliability values were calculated as 0.94.Test for stability - a correlation of 0.71 between both measurements was found as a result of the retest. Within the scope of the analysis of the items, the total correlation of the item was examined. In addition, between the upper and lower groups of 27%, independent groups t tested for each item and the level of significance between the groups was examined. As a result, it is found out that the Turkish form of the Attitude Scale for Organizational Change is a valid and reliable scale
