Focal Epithelial Hyperplasia (FEH) is a rare seen disease which is caused by human papilloma virüs (HPV). In this disease, small papules or nodules of mucosa membrane color or in a more white color occur inside mouth. FEH-related lesions are usually asymptomatic, in some cases it can cause painful and cosmetic concerns. Spontaneous regression or progression of the disease can be seen. While, among treatment options, electrocautery, cryotherapy, surgical excision and laser take place for localized lesions, in widespread-involvement seen cases, it was informed that successful results are obtained by systemic treatments like topical interferon-β, interferon-a2b and imiquimod retinoids. In this case report, we purpose to present the clinical, histopathological features of heck disease, its treatment and its 6 months-follow-up after treatment
