Geleneksel sporlarımızdan olan kuşak güreşi sporcu ve yöneticilerinin boş zaman motivasyon ve tatminlerinin farklı değişkenlerle kıyaslayarak aralarındaki ilişkilerin incelemesi amaçlandı. Araştırma evrenini geleneksel sporlar, örneklemini ise Geleneksel Sporlar Federasyonu Kuşak Güreşi Gençler kategorisinde yarışan sporcular ve bu kategoride görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Veriler anket yoluyla sağlanmıştır. İlk bölümde kişilerin demografik özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde 2008 yılında Mutlu tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Boş Zaman ve Motivasyon Ölçeği”, üçüncü bölümde ise Karlı tarafından 2008 yılında Türkçeye uyarlanan “Serbest Zaman Tatmin Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada anket yolu ile sağlanan veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz elde edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Katılımcıların anket formundaki ifadeler karşısındaki tutumları, her bir soru için frekans dağılımı ve yüzde oranları dağılımı ile incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar yorumlanırken anlamlılık düzeyi olarak 0,05 kullanılmış olup p<0,05 olması durumunda anlamlı bir ilişkinin (farklılığın) olduğu, p>0,05 olması durumunda ise anlamlı bir ilişkinin (farklılığın) olmadığı belirtilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ile “Boş Zaman Motivasyon Toplam” puanları arasında pozitif yönlü, orta düzey ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0,459 p<0,01). Çalışma sonucunda araştırmaya dâhil olan katılımcıların Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ile alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü, yüksek ve istatiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır. Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ve alt boyutları ile “Motivasyonsuzluk” puanları arasında pozitif yönlü, zayıf ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0,211 p<0,05).
The race generation of our traditional sports was aimed at studying the relationships between them by comparing the motivation and satisfaction of the athletes and their managers in their leisure time with different variables. The research universe was formed by traditional sports, and the sample was made by the Federation of Traditional Sports Generation Competition Youth categories competing athletes and managers in this category. The work is made up of three sections. The data is provided through the survey. The first part focuses on the demographic characteristics of the people. In the second part, the "Free Time and Motivation Measurement" was adapted to Turkish by Happy in 2008 and in the third part, the "Free Time Satisfaction Measurement" was adapted to Turkish by Happy in 2008. The data provided through the survey was obtained and evaluated through the SPSS package program. The attitudes of participants towards the statements in the survey form were examined by the frequency distribution and percentage distribution for each question. The results were interpreted using the level of significance as 0.05; if p<0.05, there is a meaningful relationship (difference) and if p>0.05, there is no meaningful relationship (difference). In this study, a positive, middle-level and statistically meaningful relationship between the Free Time Satisfaction Total Points and the "Free Time Motivation Total" Points was found (r=0,459; p<0,01). The study found positive, high and statistically meaningful relationships between the participants’ total free time satisfaction points and their lower dimensions. A positive, weak and statistically meaningful relationship has been established between the total points and sub-dimensions of satisfaction and the "motivation unmotivation" points (r=0,211; p<0,05).
