Abstract:

The 13th and 15th centuries are a period of time in which political, social and economic confusions and social conflicts are widely seen in Anadolu. In this period of time, when the struggle of power continued strongly, the Anadolu people were dragged into their own skin in disappointment and disappointment and began to gather around the Turkmen dervis. As literary and cultural life is also exposed to the negative effects of foreign cultures, it is seen that the tasavvufi cereans and the oral literary tradition are increasing. The people who are unable to be founded in Arabic and Persian sources or unable to reach a limited number of Turkish works have tried to meet the need for reading and listening with their own language and oral literature products, and the Selçuklu society, who lives in a state of social collapse with what they learned from here, is hugged with the Nasreddin Hoca jokes, which represent a significant type of wisdom of the revolution as a moral warehouse. In his jokes there are solutions to all aspects of society. Among many text publications related to the Nasreddin Hoca jokes, the verbal tradition is well-known/interpreted, and in many sources, the messaging of the values of the Agility is strongly reflected and the humoristic aspect is strongly selected. This is based on whether the jokes belong to Nasreddin Hoca rather than whether they were told in Nasreddin Hoca tradition.
