İş Tatmininin Örgütsel Bağlılığa Etkisinde Stratejik Yönetim Algısının Aracılık Rolü: Bir Üniversite Çalışanlarına Yönelik Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, iş tatmininin örgütsel bağlılığa etkisinde stratejik yönetim algısının aracılık rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda bir devlet üniversitesinde görev yapan 259 akademik ve idari personelden oluşan örneklemden kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile anket tekniği ile veri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 paket programlar aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; üniversite çalışanlarının iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının orta düzeyde, stratejik yönetim algısının ise yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. İş tatmininin stratejik yönetim algısını ve örgütsel bağlılığı pozitif yönde anlamlı şekilde, stratejik yönetimin de örgütsel bağlılığı yine pozitif yönde anlamlı şekilde etkilediği, stratejik yönetim algısının iş tatmininin örgütsel bağlılığa etkisinde kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu bulgularına ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to reveal the mediation role of strategic management perception in the impact of business satisfaction on the organizational commitment. In this context, data was collected by the sample method of easy sampling, consisting of 259 academic and administrative staff working at a state university. The data obtained was analyzed through SPSS 25.0 package programs. According to the results of the analysis, the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of university employees are at a medium level and the strategic management perception is at a high level. Work satisfaction is a strategic management perception and organizational commitment in a positive direction, and the strategic management also has a significant impact on organizational commitment in a positive direction, and the strategic management perception is a partial mediation role in the impact of business satisfaction in organizational commitment.
