Although the concept of service is constantly confronted in our daily lives, it is encountered with some difficulties in perceiving and measuring it due to its abstractness. Since the quality of service is more difficult to assess by the customer than the evaluation of the products, the servqual method is used which has five factors in the measurement of service quality (physical assets, reliability, responsiveness, competence, accessibility).Higher education female students' dormitories, which constitute the subject of the study, are enterprises established to provide social facilities, hairdresser, internet services etc. especially to the students for accommodation, nutrition. There are many problems for girls, ranging from clean and tidy equipment and equipment to the safety and security of staff. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the services given to the students and the perceptions of the students in private and state high school girls' dormitories in Uşak province which is examined as an example. In order to measure the quality of service of the dormitories, 450 female student questionnaires were applied. By analyzing the data obtained, students' expectations and perception levels were compared. As a result of the research, it was seen that the satisfaction of the dormitory services stayed below the expectation of the girl students.
