So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Large skin and soft tissue cancers
2008
Author:
Abstract:

Objective: Tumors in the human body are most often caused by skin and soft tissues. Large skin and soft tissue tumors can affect significant anatomical structures, along with noticeable mortality and morbidity. In this study, very large skin and soft tissue tumors were studied in terms of clinical appearance, diagnosis, pathological types and treatment approaches. Methods: In 1016 cases of skin and soft tissue cancer, which were studied backward to this study, 18 patients with tumor sizes were taken at any rate of 15 cm and above. The lesions were widely removed by surgery and the defects formed were repaired by complex reconstructive efforts. Patients were followed for five years. There are three types of skin and soft tissue cancer. These are: Eight scumocellular cancer phenomena, five sarcoma phenomena and five basal cellular cancer phenomena. The best survival values were found in basal cell cancer, and the worst survival values were found in sarcoma. The surgical approach with increased mortality and morbidity characteristics in large tumors is extremely difficult. In scumocellular cancer and sarcoma, the tumor size is an important risk factor that affects survival. Although the surgical approach improves the quality of life in this group of patients, it is only palliative. However, in cases of basal cell cancer, the results are better and curative surgery may be possible.
