Koroner perforasyon, koroner arter hastalığının sıklıkla uygulanan tedavisi olan perkütan koroner girişimlerin,korkulan ve hayatı tehdit edici komplikasyonlarından birisidir. Planlı elektif koroner girişim amaçlı koroner anjiografi laboratuvarına alınan 61 yaşındaki hastanın Circumflex arterine konan çıplak metal stent sonrası gelişen koroner perforasyon vakası sunulmaktadır. Hasta ve koroner lezyon, koroner perforasyon için bilinen risk faktörlerini taşımadığı halde gelişen Ellis tip III perforasyon, stentin içine yerleştirilen greftstent ile tedavi edildi
Coronary perforation is one of the frightening and life-threatening complications of percutaneous coronary initiatives, which is the frequently applied treatment of coronary artery disease. Planned elective coronary initiative in the coronary angiography laboratory of the 61-year-old patient is presented with a developing coronary perforation case after a naked metal stent placed in the Circumflex artery. Patient and coronary injury, developing Ellis type III perforation, while not carrying known risk factors for coronary perforation, was treated with greftstent placed in stentine
