Abstract:

Küreselleşme sonucu yaşanan hızlı değişme ve gelişmeyle birlikte 1956 yılından beri yürürlükte olan “6762 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK)” günümüz ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermekte yetersiz kalmış ve yerini 1 Temmuz 2012’de “6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu”na bırakmıştır. Kanun 1 Ocak 2013 yılında uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Yeni TTK muhasebe uygulamalarında ve raporlamaya ait düzenlemelerin yapmanın yanı sıra Kamu Gözetim Kurumu (KGK)’yı yetkilendirmiştir. Yeni TTK’nın uygulanmaya başlanmasından itibaren kanunun bazı maddelerinde değişiklik yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada yeni TTK’da muhasebe ve denetime ilişkin getirdiği yenilikler, sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde durulmuştur.
