Pump disease is one of the rare and enzyme treatment lizozamal deposito diseases. Early treatment of Infantile Pompe disease is very important in determining the prognosis of the disease. With these 2 cases, we wanted to emphasize the importance of early detection of Pompe's disease and ecocardiographic evaluation in diagnosis. The first phenomenon was brought to us at the age of 5 months due to hypotonicity and swelling, and there was a clear hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the ecocardiography. The second phenomenon was the patient who was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the ecocardiography with no pathological characteristics in the physical examination directed to us on the detection of cardiomegaly in the lungs graph at 2 months of age. When we were five months old, the first phenomenon was lost due to breast aspiration within 1 month before the enzyme treatment began; the patient, who was 2 months old, began the enzyme treatment. The heart hypertrophy of this patient, who is still on treatment, began to decline 1 month after the treatment began. With these 2 cases, we wanted to emphasize that early detection of the pump disease is very important in terms of prognosis and that ecocardiographic assessment in the diagnosis is very valuable.
