Salary management is important in the pharmaceutical industry such as in all sectors. Labor wage systems varying by depending on changes of needs and the structure of labor is an indispensable process for workings that want to keep control of its workforce, or to move to a better point of existing workforce. For this purpose, existing of a fee system applied in pharmaceutical stores, and an administrator to implement this system were investigated. In this context, business executives were taken their opinions about implementing the wage system. That the scope of the study created drug stores in the province of Erzurum and the data were obtained by questionnaire technique. As a result it is determine that pharmaceutical stores have not a specialist to determine costs, they do not need a specialist manager and performance-based compensation system use
