Abstract:

In our investigation, the Keşan Hersekzade Ahmet Paşa Camii in June contains 11 tombs that can be fixed to date. One of these tombs is a tomb and the other is a tomb. All the pictures of the tomb stones were taken and the books were read. Through the head types, shapes and characteristics of all the examples, the place in the Turkish tomb stone art has been tried to be determined. In the study, each grave stone was treated separately and a general assessment on the stones was made. The 1st of the tomb stones we looked at. 1st century and 18th century. 1st and 16th centuries. It dates to a century. There are three stones on the tomb, but the stones are not underground, and the history is not read. Other people do not have history. The method of processing of stones is the method of the ground processing. From the point of view of the decoration composition in the tomb stones where simple samples are on the forefront, the motifs of plant character, such as hanging, curved branches, roses, selvi, are placed. The tomb stones in the Hazired attract attention as examples of the Ottoman tomb stone tradition from a social and cultural point of view.
