Abstract:

The idea that multiple environments increase efficiency in educational activities has led to the wider use of these technologies in educational environments. The amount of use and importance of the Education Information Network (EBA) platform, which is offered by the Directorate General of Innovation and Education Technologies for the use of each individual, which hosts multiple environments in different fields for education and teaching purposes, is increasing on a daily basis. In recent years, a number of research on the Internet has been done and continues to be done. The research is on the general assessments of the Education Information Network platform or just the assessment of the content of a particular course. This research is an imaginary study aimed at systematically examining the applications on the Education Information Network (EBA) platform according to Mayer’s multi-medium learning principles. The research has used the evaluation section of multiple environmental practices, prepared by the research group as a data collection tool and determined by taking expert opinions. Applications evaluated and obtained according to the prepared section, the data was transferred to the computer environment with the electronic tabulation software Microsoft Office Excel 2016. According to Mayer's multidimensional learning principles, the arithmetic average and general percentages of the principles are calculated. According to the findings obtained from the research, the applications included in the EBA platform were designed while Mayer’s multidimensional learning principles were identified with disadvantages in designs aimed at disadvantages, division into pieces, form, pre-exercise, painting, attraction and sound principles, and recommendations were made to address these disadvantages.
