Kur’ân’da Hak Kelimesinin Anlam Biçimleri

Kur’ân-ı Kerim, hem İslâm dininin hem de İslâm düşüncesi alanında ortaya konulan ilmî çalışmaların temel kaynağıdır. Bu nedenle bir kelimenin Kur’ân’da nasıl istihdâm edildiği meselesi, vokabüleri yönünden Kur’ân’a bağlı olan İslâm ilimlerinin konu, yöntem ve hedeflerinin tespit edilmesi açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu anlamda geniş bir anlam yelpazesi ile Kur’an’da istihdam edilen kavramlardan biri de hak kelimesidir. Hak sahip olduğu anlam biçimleri ile bir tarafta Müslümanların din ve düşünce dünyalarını, niyet ve hareket tarzlarını etkilemiş öte yanda İslam düşüncesi ile irtibatlı ilimlerin anlama gelenekleri içinde farklı anlam boyutları kazanmıştır. Kelâm ilminde, eşyânın hakikati bağlamında felsefi-teolojik bir zeminde ele alınmıştır. İslâm Hukuku’nda normatif ilkelerin temel ve nesnel idesi olarak yer bulmuştur. Tasavvufta bâtınî alanı daha çok vurgulayan ezoterik bir anlam biçimiyle işlenmiştir. Belâgât ilimlerinde, lafız ve mana ilişkisi içerisinde incelenmiştir. Bu yüzden günümüzde hak kelimesinin anlam biçimlerini tespit etmek isteyen araştırmacılar için geniş bir literatür bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte Kur’ân’da geçen bir kelimenin anlamlarına hızlı bir şekilde ulaşmak isteyenler için Vücûh ve Nezâir kitapları temel başvuru kaynakları arasındadır. Fakat bu kitaplar Kur’ân’daki bütün kelimeleri kapsamadıkları gibi ele alınan kelimelerin bütün anlamlarını da içermemektedir. Bu bağlamda geniş bir literatür içinde kullanılmasına rağmen Vücûh ve Nezâir kitaplarında bütün anlamlarına yer verilmeyen sözcüklerden biri de hak kelimesidir. Bu tespitlerle gerekçelendirilmiş metnimizde ilk olarak Kur’ân’da hak kelimesinin anlam biçimleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra hak kelimesinin, vücûh ve nezâir kitaplarında yer almayan hikmet ve yasa anlamları Mâturîdî ve Zemâhşerî’nin görüşlerinden yola çıkarak tespit edilmiş ve kelimenin anlam biçimlerine eklenmiştir.

The Qur’an is the main source of the knowledge of both the Islamic religion and the Islamic thought. Therefore, the question of how a word is employed in the Qur’an is extremely important in terms of the subject, method and objective of Islamic sciences that are linked to the Qur’an in terms of their vocabulary. One of the concepts employed in the Qur’an with a wide range of meaning in this sense is the word truth. It has influenced the religious and thought worlds of Muslims, the intention and movement styles on the one hand, and has gained different dimensions of meaning in the understanding traditions of Islamic thought and related sciences. In the word science, the truth of the thing is discussed in a philosophical-theological ground. The Islamic law has found its place as the fundamental and objective claim of the normative principles. It is made up of a more exhaustive form of exhaustive exhaustive exhaustive. It is in his knowledge and in his knowledge and in his knowledge and in his knowledge. Therefore, there is a wide literature for researchers today who want to identify the forms of meaning of the word right. But for those who wish to quickly reach the meaning of a word in the Qur’an, the Body and the Book of Nezair are among the main sources of application. But these books do not contain all the meaning of the words addressed as they do not cover all the words in the Qur’an. In this context, although it is used in a wide literature, one of the words that are not included in all the meanings of the Body and Nezâir books is the right word. This is the first thing that we know in the Qur’an about the meaning of the word truth. Then the word of truth, the meaning of wisdom and the law which is not included in the body and the book, was determined from the signs of the Maturidi and the Zemahşeri and added to the forms of meaning of the word.

Holy Quran is the main source of both Islamic religion and scientific studies in the field of Islamic thought. For this reason, the issue of how a concept is employed in the Quran is extremely important in terms of determining the subjects, methods and goals of Islamic sciences that are connected to the Quran in terms of their vocabulary. In this sense, one of the concepts employed in the Qur'an with a wide range of meanings is the haqq. With its wide range of meanings, it has not only affected the religious and intellectual worlds of Muslims, their intentions, and actions, but also gained different meaning dimensions within the traditions of understanding related to Islamic thought. It was handled in Kalâm on a philosophical-theological basis while it takes place in Islamic Law as the basic and objective expression of normative principles. In Sufism, it is also processed in the form of an esoteric meaning while it is examined in the relationship between words and meaning in the science of Balagah. Therefore, there is a large literature for researchers who want to identify the meaning forms of the haqq. However, Vücûh and Nezâir books are among the main reference sources for those who want to reach the meanings of a haqq quickly. However, these books do not cover all the words in the Qur'an, nor do they contain all the meanings of the words dealt with. In this context, although it is used in a wide literature, one of the words that does not include all meanings in Vücûh and Nezâir books is the haqq. In our text will justify by these determinations, information will be given about the meaning forms of the word right in the Qur'an. Then the meaning of wisdom and law, which is not included in the vücûh and nezâir books, will be analyzed in views of the Mâturîdî and Zamahshari, and added list of the meaning forms of the haqq concept.
