Tacikistan occupies a very important place in Turkish cultural geography. Several Turkish vocabularies are part and parcel of the Tajik language, which was already influenced by Dari (ancient Persian), modern Persian, and Ozbek Turkish. During our researh in Tajikistan, we were able to locate 437 manuscripts in libraries. These works are mostly written in Chatai Turkish, and can be considered within the framework of Ozbek literature. Among those, several of them were written in the Western Turkish (Anatolian turkish). The purpose of this article is to evalute the bilingual poetry journals, with a specific emphasis on understanding sociocultural structure of the region. It is only natural to have common values for Tajik and Turkish people who have been living together for centuries. The bilingual journals are the products of bilingual communities wich developed common values and literature tastes. We argue that these journals are the best proof to demonstrate that Turkish langugage has been a spoken language in Tajikistan for a long time, along with the Tajik language
