Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is make an assessment and classification for Nationalist Movement Party, in the context of birth theories of political parties, typologies of political parties and criterias of institutionalization of political parties, which are accepted worldwide. While making those assessments, birth theories, party typologies ans P. Huntington’s institutionalization criterias were used. In this paper before coming to section of assessments, first given some informations about the Nationalist Movement Party and assessment criterias also briefly have attempted to explain. The findings obtained as a result of the assessments made according to criterias, have been shared in the results section.
