Meningiomas are the most common extraaxial intracranial neoplasms. They are the most common non-glial tumors of the central nervous system, accounting for 13-19% of all intracranial tumors. It most commonly develops in the parasagittal region, less frequently in the olfactory region, lateral ventricle, falx cerebri, and tentorium cerebelli. Extracranial meningiomas are rare and often arise from the orbit, nasal and paranasal sinuses. Extracranial meningiomas seen in the middle ear and mastoid region may rarely be the spread of the intracranial tumor, or they may be encountered less frequently as a primary tumor of the middle ear. Rare development of meningiomas from the temporal bone and causing nonspecific symptoms; cause misdiagnosis or delay in diagnosis. We present a case of meningioma secondary to trauma, who applied to our clinic with complaints mimicking otitis media with effusion, such as tinnitus, hearing loss and fullness in the right ear.
