This study was carried out between 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 in order to determine yield and yield components of nine triticale (Tatlıcak-97, Presto, Karma 2000, Melez-2001, Mikham-2002, Ege Yildizi, Alperbey, Umranhanim and Tacettinbey) cultivars in continental climate and arid agricultural conditions of Siran-Gumuşhane. The trial was designed according to randomized complete block design in three replications. According to the two-year averages, investigated traits of the varieties were changed between 146.67-151.67 for days to headings, 109.00-115.89 cm for plant height, 328.58-413.09 for the number of spike per square meter, 9.40-12.33 cm for the spike length, 22.27-24.43 for the number of spikelets per spike, 42.28-59.32 for the number of spikes, 1.98-2.66 g for grain weight at per spike, 34.33-37.67% for harvest index, and 418.92-546.30 kg da-1 for grain yield. The highest grain yield, grain number in spike and grain weight in spike were obtained from the cultivar of Alperbey and this cultivar is in the same group with Mikham-2002, Ege Yildizi, Karma-2000, and Presto. Grain yield significantly related to days to headings (r=0.487**) plant height (r=0.503**), number of ears per square meter (r=0.701**), and harvest index (r=0.375**). As a result, it was concluded that Alperbey, Mikham-2002, Ege Yildizi, Karma-2000 and Presto varieties were suitable for Gumuşhane-Siran ecological conditions in terms of grain yield.
