Conflict is an inevitable situation that people experience on an individual or organizational level. Although it is not possible to eliminate the conflict entirely, it may be possible to reduce the negative effects of conflicts at the organizational level or to turn these effects into positive for organizational purposes. Organizational climate, on the other hand, expresses individuals' perceptions about the structure of the organization. It is accepted that the positive level of this perception is beneficial for both the individual and the organization. In this study; According to teachers' perceptions, it is aimed to determine the effect of organizational conflict on organizational climate. The dependent variable of the research is organizational climate, and its independent variable is organizational conflict. The research is a descriptive and cross-sectional research designed in the scanning model. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in public secondary schools in Ankara during the 2016/2017 academic year. The sample of the study consists of teachers working in Anatolian High Schools, one of the official secondary schools in Etimesgut district. Two scales were used to obtain the data of the research. The first is the Organizational Climate Scale developed by Hoy and Tarter (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Yılmaz and Altınkurt (2013). The other is the 'Organizational Conflict Scale II' developed by Rahim (1983). As a result of the research, it was revealed that the teachers had no conflict of 47.28%, and 52.72% had conflict. It has been observed that teachers who do not experience conflict or have fewer conflicts have higher organizational climate scores.
