Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin resim-iş öğretmen adaylarının görsel sanatlar öğretimine yönelik olarak geliştirdikleri örnek öğretim materyalleri ile ilgili görüşlerini incelemek ve görsel sanatlar öğretimi ile ilgili olarak ihtiyaç duyulan öğretim materyallerini saptamaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Bolu ili ilköğretim okullarından beş görsel sanatlar öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel veri toplama ve çözümleme yöntemleri kullanılmış, veriler yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler N Vivo 7 paket programında içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiş, bulgular tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; 1) GSÖ’lerinin çalıştıkları kurumlarda öğretim materyallerinin yeterli olmadığı ve bu öğretim materyallerine ihtiyaç duydukları, 2) GSÖ’lerinin öğretmen adaylarınca geliştirilen örnek öğretim materyallerini dikkat-ilgi çekici motive edici, bilgiyi pekiştirici, öğrenmeyi kolaylaştırıcı, güzel, yararlı, eğlenceli, kullanışlı ve işlevsel buldukları yönünde olumlu görüş belirttikleri, 3) GSÖ’lerinin bu tür materyallere sahip olmak ve derslerinde kullanmak istedikleri; bu nedenle araştırmacıdan ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’ndan öğretim materyali talebinde bulundukları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the views of primary education visual arts teachers, art teacher candidates on sample teaching materials developed with the aim of teaching of visual arts and to determine needed teaching materials of visual arts. The working group consists of five visual arts teachers in primary schools in the province of Bolu. Qualitative data collection and analysis methods are used in the study, data are obtained through interviews. The obtained data are analyzed by content analysis in N Vivo 7 software packages, results are shown in tables. At the end of the research, the following results are reached; 1) Teaching materials in the institution which visual arts teachers work are not sufficient and teachers need these materials. 2) Visual arts teachers express positive opinions about finding sample teaching materials developed by teacher candidates, remarkable, interesting, motivator, providing permanent data, making learning easier, useful, practical and functional. 3) Visual arts teachers would like to have these materials and use them in their classes; therefore the teachers demand teaching materials from researchers and Ministry of National Education.
