Since its origin, football has shown, throughout its history, tactics difference from the offensive and defensive systems, i.e. its evolution gives opportunity to innovations in models of training, the tactical behavior and knowledge of the rules. The method of this study was exploratory, descriptive and analytical research, building on a literature review based on books and scientific articles. Tactical behaviors in the football game are understood as actions taken on the basis of principles of location of the players, realization of tactical actions and the result of these actions during the course of the game. The set of schemes have been altered over time, becoming more defensives. Tactical behaviors that can be updated in dialing zone football field are: monitoring of back cooperation between offense / defense, challenge for the ball and space reduction. The purpose of using the dialing area in the field of football is to optimize the best spatial occupation of players, leaving the small field to the opponent that attacks, requiring that every athlete should have broad view of the game. Therefore, it is essential the rapport between players; choice of technical as objectives to be achieved and the use of technology resources to facilitate analysis of results and identification of problems between technical and tactical behavior, since they are directly related to the weaknesses of the opponent that influence the various game situations. The most options adopted in tactical systems are 4-3-3, 4-4-2 and 3-5-2 with the types of defense: individual pairs; individual by sector and region being the most currently used.
