Pamukta Humik Asidin Farklı Uygulama Yöntemlerinin Toprağın Besin Maddesi İçeriğine Etkisi

Bu çalışma pamukta humik asidin farklı uygulama yöntemlerinin toprağın bitki besin maddesi içeriğine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla, Siirt Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri bölümü deneme alanında, 2016 yılında yürütülmüştür. Yedi farklı uygulamanın (kontrol, toprağa, tohuma, çiçeklenme öncesi dönemde yaprağa, çiçeklenme döneminde yaprağa, toprağa + çiçeklenme öncesi dönemde yaprağa, tohuma + çiçeklenme döneminde yaprağa) yer aldığı çalışmada Stoneville 468 pamuk çeşidi ile TKİ Hümas humik asidi (%5 organik madde, % 12 humik + fulvik asit, %3 suda çözünür potasyum oksit) materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada humik asidin farklı uygulama yöntemlerinin toprakta fosfor, potasyum, kalsiyum, sodyum, magnezyum, demir, çinko, mangan ve bakır içeriği değerlerine önemli etkisinin olduğu ve uygulamalar arasında önemli istatistiki farklılıkların elde edildiği, ancak azot içeriği bakımından ise uygulamalar arasında önemli bir farklılığın bulunmadığı belirlenmiştir. Tohuma humik asit uygulaması ile toprakta K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn ve Cu içeriği değerlerinin arttığı, çiçeklenme öncesi dönemde yeşil aksama uygulanan humik asit ile topraktaki P değerinin arttığı, topraktaki en yüksek Zn içeriği değerinin ise çiçeklenme döneminde yaprağa uygulanan humik asitten elde edildiği belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda pamuğa humik asit uygulamasının toprağın besin maddesi içeriğinde artışa yol açtığı, en iyi uygulamanın çiçeklenme öncesi dönemde yaprağa uygulama ile tohuma uygulamadan elde edildiği, toprağa humik asit uygulamasının K, Ca, Na, Mg ve Cu içeriği değerlerinde azalmaya yol açtığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study was conducted in 2016 in the field of testing of the Department of Farm Plants at Siirt University's Ziraat Faculty, with the aim of determining the effects of different methods of application of humic acid on the soil's plant nutrient content. The study included seven different applications (control, soil, seed, pre-blowing period leaves, flouring period leaves, soil + pre-blowing period leaves, seed + flouring period leaves) with Stoneville 468 cotton varieties, TKI Humas humic acid (5% organic substance, 12% humic + fulvic acid, 3% water-soluble potassium oxide) used as material. The study found that the different methods of application of humic acid in the soil have a significant impact on the values of phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese and baker content and that significant statistical differences between applications are achieved, but no significant differences between applications in terms of nitrogen content. With the application of seed humic acid, the value of the content of the K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu in the soil has increased, the value of the humic acid in the soil has increased with the value of the P in the soil, the highest Zn content in the soil has increased with the value of the humic acid in the leaves during the flowering period. The study concluded that the application of humic acid to the cotton resulted in an increase in the content of the nutrients of the soil, the best application was obtained from the application to the leaves in the pre-flowing period, the application of humic acid to the soil resulted in a decrease in the content of the values of K, Ca, Na, Mg and Cu.

This study was carried out to determine the effect of different humic acid application methods on soil nutrients content in cotton. The study was conducted at Siirt University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Field Crops experimental area in 2016. In the experiment Stoneville 468 cotton variety and TKI Humas humic acid (5% organic matters, 12% humic+fulvic acid, 3% water soluble potassium oxide) were used as material. Seven different humic acid applications were performed as Control, To Soil, To Seeds, Leaves at Pre-Flowering Stage, Leaves at Flowering Stage, Soil + Leaves at Pre-Flowering Stage and Seeds + Leaves at Flowering Stage. The results of soil analysis indicated that there were significant differences between humic acid application methods in terms of potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, zinc and copper content of soil, but there was non-significant for that of nitrogen. The application of humic acid on seed treatment increased the potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese and copper content of soil. Additionally, at pre-flowering stage application of humic acid to the leaves increased the content of phosphorus in the soil, the highest zinc content obtained from application at flowering stage. According to the results of study it was concluded that nutrient content of soil increased by application of humic acid, the best response observed from application at pre-flowering stage to the leaves and seeds, in addition, soil humic acid application led to decrease K, Ca, Na, Mg and Cu values of soil.
