Bu çalışma sınıf öğretmenlerinin pandemi döneminde oluşturulan seyreltilmiş sınıf uygulamasına yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Öğretmen görüşleri ile ilgili derinlemesine bilgi alabilmek için çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması yöntemine göre planlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve Hatay ili Antakya ilçesinde devlet okullarında görev yapan 15 sınıf öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Çalışma bulgularına göre seyreltilmiş sınıf uygulaması ile sınıf içi iletişimin ve öğrenciye ayrılan zamanın arttığı görülmüş fakat öğrencilerin haftada iki gün okula gelmeleri okula uyum sürecini zorlaştırmıştır. Öğretmenlerin müfredatı yetiştirmekte ve veliyle iletişim kurmakta zorlandıkları görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte okulların fiziksel olarak yetersiz kaldığı çalışma sonucu ulaşılan bulgulardandır.
This study aims to reveal the opinions of class teachers on the dissolution class practice created during the pandemic period. In order to get a deeper knowledge about the teachers' opinions, the work-quality research methods are planned according to the situation study method. The work group is determined by the method of sample measurement and consists of 15 classes of teachers who work in the state schools in Hatay or Antakya district. The study data was collected with a semi-configured interview form developed by the researcher. Study findings show that the dissolved class practice has increased in class communication and the time spent on the student, but that students come to school two days a week has made it difficult to adapt to the school. Teachers have difficulty teaching and communicating with their parents. However, the results of the study that the schools are physically insufficient are achieved.
