İttihat ve Terakki liderleri Talat, Cemal ve Enver Paşaların Birinci Dünya Savaşı sonunda 2-3 Kasım 1918 tarihinde ülkeyi terk ederek Almanya’nın Berlin şehrine yerleştikleri bilinmektedir. Bu çalışma, daha sonraları Avrupa şehirlerine dağılan İttihat ve Terakki üyelerinin örgütlenme gayretlerini, birbirleriyle mektuplaşmalarını ve 1919-1922 yılları arasında Mustafa Kemal’le mektuplaşmalarını kapsayan bir çalışmadır. Arşiv Belgesi nitelikli mektuplar, tarihin bazı noktalarını açığa çıkarmada faydalı bilgiler vermesi bakımından önemlidir. Mektupların içeriği, amaç ve hedefleri ve stratejik boyutu da bu çalışmada ele alınmıştır. Kaynaklar titizlikle seçilmiş, doğru kaynaklar olduğuna emin olunduktan sonra kaynak arşivime alınarak yazıya dökülmüştür. Makalemizin konusu içinde yurt dışındaki İttihatçı önderlerin faaliyetleri ve Mustafa Kemal ile mektuplaşmaları vardır. Cemal Paşa ile çok sayıda mektuplaşmaları da kayıtlarda bulunmaktadır. Enver Paşa ile mektuplaşmaları az sayıdadır. Mustafa Kemal’e yazılan mektupların tamamı Hüseyin Cahit Yalçın’ın Ekim 1944’ten Nisan 1945’e kadar “Tanin’de Tarihi Mektuplar’’ başlığı altında yayınlanmıştır. Bu mektuplardan Şevket Süreyya Aydemir’in üç cilt “Enver Paşa” isimli eseri, Kazım Karabekir Paşanın İstiklal Harbimiz eserinde yayınlanmıştır.
It is known that Talat, Jamal and Enver Pasha's leaders, at the end of the First World War, left the country on 2-3 November 1918 and settled in Germany's city of Berlin. This study is a study that covers the organizational efforts of the Alliance and Terakki members who later dispersed into European cities, their correspondence with each other and their correspondence with Mustafa Kemal between 1919 and 1922. The archive certificate qualified letters are important in terms of providing useful information in revealing some points of history. The contents, objectives and strategic dimensions of the letters are also discussed in this study. The resources are rigorously selected, after being certified that there are the right sources, they are taken into the source archive and thrown into writing. The subject of our article is the activities of the Allied leaders abroad and their letters with Mustafa Kemal. A lot of letters with Cemal Pasha are also in records. The number of letters with Enver Paşa is small. All the letters to Mustafa Kemal were published under the title of Hussein Cahit Yalçin from October 1944 to April 1945 "Historical Letters in Tanin". From these letters, Shevket Süreyya Aydemir's three-colored work "Enver Pasha" was published in Kazim Karabekir Pasha's work "Istiklal Harbimiz".

Archival documents are important in terms of providing useful information in revealing some essential points in history. The content, aims and objectives and strategic dimension of the letters are also discussed in this study. Sources have been meticulously chosen. It was researched whether they were the right sources, then the appropriate sources were taken to my source archive and used in the study. The subject of our article is the activities of the Unionist leaders abroad and their correspondence with Mustafa Kemal. While many correspondences are found between Mustafa Kemal with Cemal Pasha, there are fewer correspondences with Enver Pasha. All of the letters written to Mustafa Kemal were published under the title "Historical Letters in Tanin" by Hüseyin Cahit Yalçın from October 1944 to April 1945. Şevket Süreyya Aydemir's three volumes of "Enver Pasha" were published in Kazım Karabekir Pasha's “War of Independence”.
