Matris konverterler anahtarlama topolojisindeki gelişmelere bağlı olarak klasik frekans konverterlerle rekabet edebilir düzeye ulaşmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmada matris konverterde kullanılan yarıiletkenlerin anahtarlanmasında uzay vektör darbe genişlik modülasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Uzay vektörlerin oluşturulması amacıyla konvertere ait giriş gerilimleri ile çıkış akımları elde edilmiş ve bu değerler Sayısal İşaret İşlemciye aktarılmıştır. Uygulamada TMS320LF2407 Sayısal İşaret İşlemci(Sİİ) kullanılarak yarıiletkenler için gerekli anahtarlama sinyalleri üretilmiştir.
Matrix converters can compete with traditional frequency converter thanks to switching topology develop. In this study, it was used space vector pulse with modulation technique to switching topology at matrix converter semiconductor switches. The matrix converter’s input voltages and output currents by sensing with current and voltage sensors were used to constitute space vector. Then, these current and voltage digital values were used at digital signal processor (DSP). In this application, TMS320LF2407 DSP was used to produce driver signals
