Abstract:

One of the elements of internationalization is the student’s international student mobility, and this mobility has increased even more, especially in recent years, with higher education becoming more international. Internationalization has increased the mobility of the students in the top of the talents. These students are one of the new sources of income of the countries with their billions of dollars of contribution to the countries they study. This is why countries have become more competitive to attract international students to their countries. The aim of this study is also to compare the appearance of international students’ mobility in Turkey and their impact on Turkish Higher Education in this competitive environment and to present recommendations to a policy maker and practitioner on the work done in Turkey on this issue.
