Amaç: Her yaşta görülmekle birlikte enterik duplikasyon kistleri yaşamın ilk iki yılının %80'inde özellikle ilk üç ayda görülür. Enterik duplikasyonların %33 ila %53'ü ileumda teşhis edilir. Bu yazıda çekal obstrüksiyon ile başvuran ve enterik duplikasyon tanısı alan iki olgu nedeniyle literatürdeki durumu tartışmayı amaçladık. Olgular: İlk olgu; 2 yaşında erkek, kusma şikayeti başvuran olguya çekilen direkt batın grafisinde sol üst kadranda gaz yoğunluğu izlendi. Karın ultrasonografisinde subhepatik bölgede 3 cm çapında septa içeren (muhtemelen torsiyon) kistik yapı tespit edildi. Karın eksplorasyonunda ileal segmentlerin şişkin olduğu ve çekumun sert bir kitle ile tıkalı olduğu görüldü. İkinci olgu: 14 aylık kız hasta, kusma ve huzursuzluk şikayeti ile çekilen direkt batın grafisinde sol üst kadranda gaz yoğunlğu ve karın ultrasonografisinde sağ alt kadranda kistik kitle saptandı. Tartışma: Her iki vaka da ileoçekal geçidi kapatan enterik duplikasyon kistleri nedeniyle ameliyat edildi. Hayati tehditlere de neden olan enterik duplikasyon kistleri nadirdir. Gebeliklerin doğru takibi, enterik duplikasyon kistlerinin erkenden doğum öncesi tespitini sağlayacak ve olası komplikasyonları önleyecektir.
Purpose: In any age, enteric duplication cysts occur in 80% of the first two years of life, especially in the first three months. Between 33% and 53% of enteric duplications are diagnosed in the yellow. In this article, we aimed to discuss the situation in literature due to two facts that apply with chest obstruction and are diagnosed with enteric duplication. Facts: The first fact; a 2-year-old man, the direct western graph that was drawn to the fact that he applied for vomiting, was monitored by the gas intensity in the top left. In the ultrasound of the abdomen, a cystic structure containing a 3 cm diameter (probably tortion) in the subhepatic area was detected. In the exploration of the female, it was found that the veal segments were swollen and the pull was locked with a hard mass. The second phenomenon: a 14-month-old girl with a complaint of illness, vomiting and discomfort, in the direct western chart, the gas intensity in the left top chart and the chart ultrasound in the right bottom chart were detected. Debate: Both cases were also operated due to enteric duplication cysts that closed the intravenous pathway. Enteric duplication cysts that also cause life threats are rare. The proper tracking of pregnancies will ensure early pre-born detection of enteric duplication cysts and prevent possible complications.

In this paper, we aimed to discuss the situation in the literature due to two cases presenting with cecal obstruction and diagnosed with enteric duplication. Cases: In the first case, a 2-year-old male patient with the complaint of vomiting was stuck in the left upper quadrant on direct abdominal radiography. On abdominal ultrasonography, a cystic structure with a diameter of 3 cm and containing septa (possibly torsion) was detected in the subhepatic area. In abdominal exploration, it was observed that the ileal segments were distended, and the cecum was obstructed with a firm mass. In the second case, a 14-month-old female patient with the complaint of vomiting and restlessness was stuck in the left upper quadrant on direct abdominal radiography and abdominal ultrasonography revealed a cystic mass in the right lower quadrant. Conclusion: Both cases were operated on for enteric duplication cysts that ultimately closed the ileocecal passage. Enteric duplication cysts, which also cause life threats, are rare. Proper follow-up of pregnancies will ensure early prenatal detection of enteric duplication cysts and prevent possible complications.
