Lomber ponction (LP) is an initiative that is diagnosed in the practice of child neurology and is frequently used for treatment in recent years. The development of post-LP and LP related; 'Lomber ponctional headache' is a rare condition, causing a symptomatology that directly affects the patient's comfort from the point of view of the doctor and the family. This study aims to present literature by evaluating the clinical characteristics, therapeutic strategies and forecasts of the 8 phenomena followed by the diagnosis of postdural ponctional headache (PDPBA). Method and Requirements: University of Health Sciences (SBU), Ankara Dr. Women's birth, child health and diseases SUAM, child neurology clinically evaluated, the clinical findings of 8 phenomena applied for different reasons in the last 3 years and diagnosed with PDPBA have been evaluated as retrospective. Average age 12.2, 50% of all male (n=4) patients experienced headaches in the first 4 hours, while 4 patients (50%) began headaches in the first 1 hour. Headaches in the zincing and/or compressing style were described as spread to headaches in 2 patients (25%), 3 patients (37,5%) and 1 patient (12.5%) in both temporal areas, while 2 patients (25%) were spread to headaches. All patients received abundant fluid consumption, absolute bed rest, foot elevation, intravenous hydration, oral parasetamol and 6 patients received oral caffeine support.
