Abstract:

Nowadays, the municipalities are key institutions in the provision of local development. However, municipalities are the leading role in the institutionalization of democracy, where the central administration can share power, authority and authority, the closest to the people. The strategic plans of the municipalities are documents that describe the current corporate situation, including the policies, objectives and objectives for the coming years. In this study, women were sought in the municipalities’ strategic plans. In this minval, the Istanbul Ankara and İzmir Metropolitan Municipalities, which have the most crowded population in Turkey, have been taken into the work scope. The latest strategic plans for 2020-2024 and 2021 activities reports prepared by the relevant municipalities in the framework of the study will be brought to the women's theme center. In the study, the document analysis technique was used from the quality analysis techniques.
