Diğer rekreatif etkinlik türlerine göre, sanatsal rekreasyon bağlamına giren etkinliklerin, kişinin yaşam doyumuna erişmesinde etkisi daha büyüktür. Çünkü sanatsal bir uğraş içinde olan birey, kendi iç dünyasına doğru bir yolculuğa çıkar. Birey, hayal gücünün yardımıyla yaratıcılık sürecine girer. Bu sürecin sonunda estetik haz yaşayan bireyin “ben” duyusu uyarılır. Bu aşama, insanın birey olma yolundaki ilk adımıdır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme esasına göre hazırlanan bu makalede, sanatsal rekreasyon etkinlikleri içinde dramatik oyunların, yaşam doyumuna erişme konusunda bireye sağladığı avantajlar üzerinde kuramsal bir fikir tartışması yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın temel savunusunu, “ben” duyusunu uyarmada diğer sanatsal rekreasyon etkinliklerine göre dramatik oyunların daha etkin olduğu düşüncesi oluşturmaktadır.
Compared to other types of recreational activities, the effects of the activities entering the context of artistic recreation are greater in the person’s access to life satisfaction. Because the individual who is in an artistic affair is on a journey to his own inner world. The individual enters the process of creativity with the help of imagination. At the end of this process, the "I" sensation of the person who is experiencing aesthetic pleasure is encouraged. This phase is the first step in the way of being a person. In this article, prepared according to the essence of the document review of quality research methods, a theoretical discussion of the advantages of dramatic games in the art recreation activities has been carried out to the individual in accessing the satisfaction of life. The basic defence of the study is the idea that dramatic games are more effective in stimulating the sense of "I" than other art recreational events.
Compared to other types of recreational activities, activities that fall within the context of artistic recreation have a greater impact on one's life satisfaction. Because the individual who is in an artistic endeavor takes a journey towards his/her inner world. The individual enters the process of creativity with the help of imagination. At the end of this process, the “I” sense of the individual who experiences aesthetic pleasure is stimulated. This stage is the first step of man on the path to becoming an individual. In this article, which is prepared on the basis of document review, which is one of the qualitative research methods, a theoretical discussion was conducted on the advantages of dramatic games within the artistic recreation activities to the individual in achieving life satisfaction. The main defense of the study is the idea that dramatic games are more effective than other artistic recreation activities in stimulating the sense of “I”.
