Günümüzde bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi sayesinde bilgilere ve kişilere erişim hızlı ve kolay hale gelmiştir. Elektronik ağların gelişmesi sosyalleşme, bilgi edinme, paylaşımlarda bulunabilme, çift yönlü iletişim gibi pek çok olanak sağlamaktadır. Özellikle gençlerin yaşamlarının vazgeçilmez bir unsuru haline gelen teknoloji olumsuz ve zarar verici durumları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Son zamanlarda iletişim teknolojileri kötü amaçlı kullanılmaya başlanmış ve gençler arasında bilinçli ve kasıtlı olarak zorbalık yapabildikleri araç haline gelmiştir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Şanlıurfa’nın Birecik ilçesinde Meslek Lisesi ve Harran Üniversitesi Birecik Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinde siber zorbalık eğilimlerini karşılaştırmalı incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Harran Üniversitesi Birecik Meslek Yüksekokulu Pazarlama ve Reklamcılık Bölümü Halkla İlişkiler Programı öğrencileri, Birecik Kız Ticaret ve Birecik Erkek Meslek Lisesi öğrencilerinden olmak üzere 369 Meslek Lisesi ve 132 Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Siber Zorbalık Ölçeği” kullanılarak yüz yüze, online anket yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizleri SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sayısal değişkenlerin normallik dağılımlarına bakmak için Shapirowilk testi uygulanmış ve normal dağılım elde edilmiştir. Veri setinde parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin çözümlenmesinde de frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, minimum ve maksimum değerlerden faydalanılmıştır. Bağımsız 2 grubun ortalama karşılaştırılmasında bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek bağımlı ve birden fazla bağımsız grubun karşılaştırılmasında ise UNI-ANOVA (Tek yönlü Değişkenli Varyans Analizi) testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar %95’lik güven aralığında, 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlndirilmiştir.
Today, thanks to the development of information and communication technologies, access to information and people has become fast and easy. The development of electronic networks provides many possibilities, such as socialization, acquiring information, being able to share, bilateral communication. The technology, which has become an essential element of the youth’s lives, also brings negative and harmful situations. Recently, communication technologies have begun to be misused and have become a tool for conscious and intentionally harassment among young people. The main purpose of this research is to compare the trends of cyber harassment in the Professional High School and Harran University in the Individual District of Shanlıurfa. The study group of the Harran University's Individual Professional High School of Marketing and Advertising Public Relations Programme students, Individual Girl Business and Individual Men's Professional High School students, consisting of 369 Professional High School and 132 Professional High School students. The data of the research was done face-to-face, using the online survey method using the "Cyber Violence Scale". The statistical analysis of the data was made using the SPSS 22.0 program. The Shapirowilk test was applied to look at the normal distribution of numerical variables and the normal distribution was obtained. Parametry tests are used in the data set. In the analysis of identificative statistics, the frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values were also used. In the average comparison of independent 2 groups, the independent sample t test was used, while in the comparison of single-dependent and multiple-dependent groups, the UNI-ANOVA (One Direction Variable Variant Analysis) test was used. The results were assessed at a 95 percent confidence range at 0.05 significance.

Communication technologies have been abused and become a tool that teenagers use for conscious and intentional bullying. The main purpose of this research is to comparatively analyze the cyber bullying issues of the students of Vocational High School, which is in Bilecik district of Şanlıurfa, and the students of Harran University Birecik Vocational College. The study group of the research has 369 Vocational High School and 132 Vocational College students consisting of students of Harran University Birecik Vocational College Marketing and Advertising Department's Public Relations Program, students of Birecik Girls' Trade Vocational High School and Birecik Boys' Vocational High School. The data of the study were collected through face-to-face, online survey using the "Cyber Bullying Scale" developed. The statistical analyses of the data were conducted by using SPSS 22.0 program. Shapiro-Wilk test was performed to look at the normal distributions of numeric variables and a normal distribution was achieved. Parametric tests were used in dataset. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values were used to analyze descriptive statistics. Independent sample t test in the mean comparison of two independent groups. and the UNI-ANOVA (One-way Variance Analysis of Variance) test was used to compare single independent and multiple independent groups. The results were evaluated at a 95% confidence interval, at a significance level of 0.05.
