İtikatta haber-i vâhidin bilgi ve delil değeri ilk dönemlerden itibaren tartışılan ve güncelliğini hala koruyan temel tartışma alanlarından birisidir. Bu çerçevede haber, bilgi değeri açısından mütevatir ve âhâd olarak ikiye taksim edilmiş; birincisi temel îtikâdî meselelerde kesin delil kabul edilirken, ikincisi aynı değerde görülmemiştir. Bununla birlikte bir teori-pratik uyuşmazlığı da söz konusudur. Diğer bir ifadeyle bir kısım âhâd haberlerin bazı itikadi meselelerde delil olarak kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Biz bu makalede, öncelikle, problemi tartışan tarafları ve iddialarını ele aldık; sonrasında, yeni bir perspektifle konunun tekrar tartışılmasını teklif ettik. Bu bağlamda iç ve dış bir takım şart ve karinelerle desteklenmiş haber-i vâhidin nazari bilgi ifade edeceğini ve dolayısıyla itikadi konuların te’yid ve detaylandırılmasında delil olabileceğini ortaya koymaya çalıştık.
The knowledge and evidence value of the news-in-the-counter is one of the main areas of discussion that has been discussed from the early periods and still preserves its up-to-date. In this framework, the news is valid in terms of the value of the information and is classified in two parts; the first is considered to be clear evidence in the basic affairs, while the second is not seen in the same value. However, there is a theoretical-practical dispute. In other words, a part of the news is used as evidence in some affairs. In this article, we first discussed the parties and claims discussing the problem; then, we proposed the topic to be discussed again with a new perspective. In this context, we tried to reveal that a set of internal and external requirements and currents supported by the news will express the Nazari information and therefore it can be evidence in the t'yid and detailed subjects.
