Bu araştırmanın amacı örgütsel bağlılığın işte kalma niyetine etkisinde iş tatmininin aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda toplam 156 otel çalışanına anket yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri ile test edilmiştir. Korelasyon analiz sonuçlarına göre; örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve işte kalma niyeti değişkenlerinin birbirleriyle arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonucuna göre, örgütsel bağlılığın iş tatmini ve işte kalma niyetine pozitif yönde etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, iş tatmininin, örgütsel bağlılık ve işte kalma niyeti ilişkisinde kısmi aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu görülmüştür.
The purpose of this research is to determine the role of mediation of employment satisfaction in the influence of the intention of organizational commitment to stay in employment. A total of 156 hotel employees have been surveyed for this purpose. The data was tested with correlation and regression analysis. According to the correlation analysis results, the conclusion is that the variables of organizational commitment, work satisfaction and intention to stay in the work are a meaningful relationship in a positive direction. According to the regression analysis, it has been found that organizational commitment has a positive impact on work satisfaction and the intention to stay on the job. It has also been shown to have a partial mediation role in the relationship between work satisfaction, organizational commitment and the intention to stay on the job.
The aim of this study is to determine the mediation role of job satisfaction on the effects of organizational commitment on the intention to stay. For this purpose, a survey has been applied to a total of 156 employees in the hotels. The obtained data have been tested by correlation and regression analysis. According to the results of correlation analysis; it has been found out that there has been a positive significant correlation between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and intention to stay variables. According to the results of regression analysis, it has been determined that organizational commitment have a positive effect on job satisfaction and intention to stay. The results also show that job satisfaction has a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational commitment and intention to stay.
