Abstract:

Pankreatoblastom is a rare childhood tumor caused by the pancreas. About 100 cases of pancreatic tumor in children have been in literature. In our study we presented the findings of radiological imaging of the phenomenon of pediatric pancreatoblastoma. The four-year-old girl, who applied with the mass complaint addressed by her family in the left top, was identified in the whole western ultrasound with a heterogeneous appearance containing cystic necrotic fields and calcification sets. In BT and MRG, it was found that the crowd was derived from the pancreas column and corpus cutting. There were also injuries in the liver that were compatible with metastasis. The phenomenon that was diagnosed with post-biopsy pancreatobastom was chemotherapy by making total mass and metastasis resection. Pankreatoblastoma is rare but should be considered in the distinctive diagnosis of the masses settling in the upper abdominal area in children.
