Work stress is defined as a condition that occurs depending on the individual’s abilities, physical or psychological causes and creates tension in the individual. When the methods of dealing with stress are not properly used or when the process remains insufficient, the individual over time is faced with the "smalling syndrome". In this study, the aim of the assistants working in the Anesthesiology and Rehabilitation Unit of the Example Education and Research Hospital is to determine whether the levels of anxiety, employment satisfaction, employment-related tension, state-of-the-country and continuity are unchanged during the working period, and to determine the relationship between the beginning and the result. For this purpose, the assistants were given the Maslach Empty Measure, the Minnesota Employment Measure, the Employment Tension Measure, and the Stable and Continuity Anxiety Measure (STAI) three times, the first day they started working in the intensive care unit, during the working period and at the end of the working period. At the end of the work period, the average score of the IBGÖ was higher than the average score of the IBGÖ at the beginning, and the difference between the two tended to be meaningful, the average score of the IBGÖ at the beginning was higher than the average score of the end, and the difference tended to be meaningful. Women's Personal Success Scale of the Maslach Extinction Scale's Personal Success Scale average is higher than men, the personal Success Scale average of those with intensive care experience of 5 months or longer is statistically higher than the average of those with less than 5 months. It will be more efficient if the exhaust and work stress that can be seen in the medical staff working in intensive care can be reduced.
